I began working as a carer for people of all ages with mental and physical disabilities. Having a younger brother who has disabilities influenced my path toward work centered on compassion, service, and connection.

 I began training as a massage and wellbeing therapist in 2014 at South Devon College, and have had continual training in anatomy, massage and skincare, and experience in spas and my own business since. I trained for 3 years at Devon Counselling College, volunteered at The Windmill Centre, and a domestic abuse survivors CIC. I also work with the Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC. 

A holistic approach is at the heart of what I do. 

 

Massage and wellbeing 

Massage 

I work intuitively, working with the body using over 10 years' experience and knowledge of anatomy using Swedish, myofascial, trigger point and holistic techniques, working collaboratively with client's needs, to give bespoke relaxing and therapeutic treatments 

Skincare 

I have had In-house Caudalie training and do bespoke facial massages and skincare, specialising in hydration and sensitive skin, using luxury high quality cruelty free, vegan products that I use and trust with all skin types 

  

Counselling and Integrative Therapy 

I am trained in talk, somatic, nature and creative therapy, and draw from these to work collaboratively with you with an inclusive, non-judgmental, empathy-led, explorative way of approaching our sessions together. 

 I have special interests in working with neurodiversity, domestic abuse survivors, inner child and parts work, anxiety and depression, identity, game addiction/mental health, and chronic health conditions such as fibromyalgia. I have personal connections and lived experience of this work, and training which allows me to work at depth, with a greater understanding and empathy of the challenges and psychological impact they may carry. Other areas I am able to help with are self-development, grief and loss, relationships, stress management, life changes and challenges, confidence, shame, and self-esteem. I offer a lgbtqia+ supportive space.

I went for a Swedish back, neck and shoulders massage because I was stiff and sore from lots of desk work as well as manual labour. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked into the room. The ambiance and lighting was lovely. The massage itself was incredible - I felt as light as a feather for days afterwards. I am still feeling generally better within myself. I can wholeheartedly recommend a massage here and I shall be coming back soon!

I had a wonderful, soothing aromatherapy massage here today.Ash was very professional, kind and supportive and put me at ease from start to finish. The treatment room is gorgeous and calming.
